Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only accept full priced items, sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Our policy lasts 30 days from the original purchase date. Please send your package back to our warehouse address listed on your packages label.
Shipping
All orders before 10:00am are shipped out same day. Every order after that will be sent out with the next days pickup. Sorry but we don't work weekends. So if your order comes in after 10:01am on Friday, it will go out on Monday. Once the shipment leaves our office, we no longer have control of the package and it's whereabouts.
